A retired army officer (Major or above rank) having 2-3 years experience of civil sector with below skills and traits:
1. Influencing personality
2. Expert in dealing with federal / provisional govt. departments
3. Strong PR and links with bureaucracy, LEA and media
4. Well-connected and socially active
5. Strong negotiations skills
6. Situational sensitivity
